Tiamo is an exclusive eleven-bungalow property combining spectacular food, service and comfort within the pristine wilderness of South Andros Island. Guests, each day, celebrate the living tradition of dining as a community and so we seek a Chef passionate about the “Art” of cuisine, the “Experience” of dining as well as the implementation of sustainable practices. This position offers a amazing opportunity for that exceptional individual seeking a diverse experience in a truly unique setting.

Qualifications must include a minimum of four years in a fine-dining operation, a familiarity with regional ingredients and a desire to work with Caribbean-fusion cuisine. A keen understanding of high guest satisfaction in a service-oriented culinary experience as well as strong inventory, cost control and personnel management skills are essential to handling the many challenges of this remote location.
