Boat Captain in Marine Operations (Bahamian Citizens Only)

As Tiamo is only accessible by boat, captains at Tiamo are the arteries for this exclusive vacation experience. All guests, staff and supplies are ferried in by our capable and personable boat captains. In addition – our captains bring our guests to some of the most incredible marine ecosystems in The Bahamas as part of their vacation experience. This position is not for a captain whose only goal is to man the throttle and navigate. He or she must be excited about interacting with guests as well as physically able and willing to help move all sorts of goods and items (luggage, food, fuel, etc). Our captains are responsible for maintaining our fleet of vessels and often interact with other departments in order to insure the absolute in vacation experiences. We move each and every day and night – rain or shine. The dedicated and outdoor loving person who loves boats and the water should apply. Bahamian captains license and references will be required.
