These relaxing and spacious beach homes are located footsteps from the beach. Both offer amazing views, privacy and complete relaxation. The Sunset Beach House is perfect for families and reunions, while our Sunrise Beach House is perfect for those requiring a little more privacy in a completely natural beach setting.

There are three restaurants at the resort:

Barracudas Beach Bar & Grille -- serving South Eleuthera’s freshest Fire Grilled seafood, steaks, lobster and more in a casual family oceanfront setting (open for private events only).
Bahama Coffee Company & Restaurant -- serving specialty coffee, tea and fruit drinks, Bahamian fresh baked bread and offering NY Style Deli items and stacked high sandwiches and picnic baskets for day activities.
Out Island Outfitters Provisioners -- serving mega yachts and homes fine wines, liquors, beverages, grocery items, fresh bread, ice cream, imported Cuban cigars and much more.
