Cotton Bay
Cotton Bay will redefine elegant living when it opens in late 2012 / early 2013. The community will offer a club lifestyle for its members and guests while keeping with the natural beauty that is the Island of Eleuthera. Eleuthera Island is known for its Glass Window Bridge, which connects northern and southern Eleuthera and offers breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea at the same time. The island is 110 miles long, but only two miles wide at its widest point. Cotton Bay is located five miles south of the settlement of Rock Sound and the international airport.
Nestled amongst lush vegetation and private beaches, Cotton Bay's clubhouse and surrounding one, two, and three bedroom villas have been designed by world-renowned architects, Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo. The club's planned amenities will include an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, spa and fitness facility, restaurant, retail shop, and world-class concierge.
Cotton Bay will also offer members and guests an 18-hole championship Fazio-designed golf course. With eight holes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Jacks Bay, the Fazio Course at Cotton Bay will also offer practice areas and a six-hole (6) Par-Three (3) golf course.
Cotton Bay is a member of the Audubon International Signature Programs for its commitment to maintaining the lush natural surroundings and native beauty while creating the highest quality Bahamian architectural living spaces. The resort is located on 1.3 miles of sandy beach.
