Sandals Emerald Bay guests rave about these things

When you're a guest at Sandals Emerald Bay, a complimentary airport transfer is ready to swoop you away from the Georgetown International Airport directly to the resort. It is the start of the Sandals on-island customer service experience. Reviews of the resort of speak positively about these things: customs service, the Drunken Duck Pub and La Parisian.

Customer Service

One of the top things guests rave about on consumer sites like Trip Advisor is the customer service at Sandals Emerald Bay. The butler service, which is an additional cost, is highly regarded by guests. They cater to you hand and foot. If you need snacks on the beach, no problem; lunch delivered poolside, they do that too. Cater dinners in your villa, room decorations with towel animals, along with spa and excursion reservations. They will even run your bubble bath.

Drunken Duck Pub

Guests also rave about the Drunken Duck Pub. Literally built in Ireland and transported piece by piece to Exuma, this pub is where guests, “Discover the Heart of England.” It’s the late-night spot on the property and the atmosphere is vibrant, but not too rowdy, and laid back.  You will definitely get the pub experience without crossing the Atlantic ocean.

Guests can eat British fare from fish'n chips to shepherd's pie, apple and pear cobbler, bread and butter pudding and British trifle washed down with a cold beer. There is also music all night: Sounds from the piano bar, a disc jockey or karaoke.  There is also, of course, a huge flat screen TV to watch sports, and a game room with darts, billiards, and the very British snooker.

La Parisian French Restaurant

Also receiving rave reviews by guests is the French restaurant La Parisian, with its traditional menu of onion soup, escargot, scallops, crème brulee, and bouillabaisse and beef Bourguignon.  One of their signature dishes is Filet De Boeuf, which is grilled beef tenderloin, topped with a mushroom sauce, on a plate of herbed mash and seasoned vegetables, garnished with blue cheese.

Experience white-glove service in a contemporary ambience: The walls are dotted with art and bold colours, and the ceiling is accented by an exquisite chandelier. There is a dress code.
