June 18th, 25th, July 2nd, & 9th (each Friday)
This Bahamian street festival captures several elements of our culture on a single stage for a dramatic one-night experience. It gives visitors a glimpse inside the Bahamian cultural experience by featuring Bahamian musical artists, calypso bands, skits, dance performances, native dishes, Bahamian-made arts and crafts, and a Junkanoo rush-out. The nightly guest performer will either be the Royal Bahamas Police Force Marching & Pop Bands or the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Marching & Pop Bands.
The final week of the Junkanoo Summer Festival (July 9th) ends with a grand celebration in recognition of The Bahamas' Independence (July 10th). The festival takes place at the Goombay Park in Marsh Harbour with activities kicking off as early as 6:30 p.m

New U.S. Passport Regulations
As of January 23, 2007 all U.S. citizens are required to carry valid U.S. passports when traveling to and from The Bahamas.
