The townhomes are the centerpiece of the community and offer a stylish blend of island charm, comfort and convenience. Each two-story home offers two-bedrooms accommodating up to 6 persons with a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the guest room, each with their own private Bath/shower. Enjoy private porches and deck space with sunrise views overlooking Rock Sound, and sunset views of the gin clear waters of the Exuma Sound. These Luxury rental homes are conveniently situated overlooking the marina just footsteps from the beach.Special rates and packages for marina guests at Cape Eleuthera.
Resort accommodations include 37 luxury water view Town Homes and 30 oceanfront Beach Villas & Estate Homes.
There are three restaurants at the resort:
- Barracudas Beach Bar & Grille -- serving South Eleuthera’s freshest Fire Grilled seafood, steaks, lobster and more in a casual family oceanfront setting.
- Bahama Coffee Company -- serving specialty coffee, tea and fruit drinks, Bahamian fresh baked bread and offering NY Style Deli items and stacked high sandwiches and picnic baskets for day activities.
