Activities revolve around Nature's generous South andros bounty.  There is boating, fishing bonefishing diving, snorkeling, kayaking, biking or just exploring the island.  Located within swimming distance of the world's largest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere.   Known as a haven for divers and snorkelers Emerald Palms is also considered a fisherman's delight.

The World Fishing Network, "Facts of Fishing", chose the flats on South Andros for their 2009 series, while highlighting the deep waters off Emerald Palms for their show.

Fishing at Emerald Palms include: Flats fishing for Bonefishing, Reef fishing for Barracuda, Snappers and Wahoo.  It also include Deep sea fishing for Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Cobia and Wahoo.

Paddle the incredible salt creeks of andros and discover the habitat of sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, bayb sharks, water birds and much more for the nature lover.

Explore the Blue Hole/Terrestrail Tour- not for the faint of heart escape on a two-hour guided hike through the bush, with education on local bush medicine lore and exploration of several inland blue holes.

Travel the length of the island on a guided tour, making new friends along the way. Enjoy the culture and hospatility of the local islanders.

Dive for the adventure and explore the world's 3rd largest barrier reef and the healthest of the three, just offshore from the resort of Emerald Palms.
