Rates, Taxes and Fees
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Rates are per villa or penthouse per night (not per person)
• Rate does not include 10% Government Tax, 6% Tourism Tax, or 10% Service Fees
Maximum Occupancy Policy
• There is an additional charge above occupancy of 2 per bedroom
• Additional person(s) must be confirmed at time of reservation
• Children over 2 count toward max occupancy (children under 2 free)
• Additional person rate:
$100 per person 12/19/10 to 4/30/11
$75 per person 5/1/11 to 12/18/11
Standard Deposit and Cancellation Policy
• 3-night room deposit due at the time of reservation
• Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival
• 3-night room deposit is non-refundable from within 29-8 days of arrival
• Entire stay is non-refundable within 7 days of arrival
• Forfeited amounts cannot be transferred toward a different stay period
• Travel insurance is recommended
• Guests departing early will be responsible for entire original booked stay
• Special rates and conditions apply for Regatta weekend in April
Holiday Cancellation Policy
• Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled after 10/1/10
• Deposit and amount equaling a total of 50% of guest stay is non-refundable if guest cancels after 11/1/10
• Deposit and amount equaling a total of 100% of guest stay is non-refundable if guest cancels after 12/1/10
• Forfeited amounts cannot be transferred toward a different stay period
• Travel insurance is recommended
• Guests departing early will be responsible for entire original booked stay
