Swains Cay Resort has nine units as follows:
- Coral Penthouse Suite (1 unit): Ocean View, nicely furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, two queen size beds in two rooms and 1 room with a queen size bed, living room and kitchenette with small refridgerator and microwave, air condition, satellite televisions
- Ocean Front Villas (3 units): Each fully furnished with bathroom, and two queen size beds in room, air condition, satellite televisions, private garden with hot tub.
- Ocean View Villas (3 units): Each fully furnished with bathroom, and two queen size beds in room, air condition, satellite televisions, private garden with hot tub.
- Ocean View Rooms (2 units): Fully furnished with bathroom and two twin beds in room, air condition, satellite televisions.
Nightly Rate: See Above. Rates do not include Government taxes of 10% or staff gratuity.
Non-Fisherman Rates:
The rates include accommodations, continental breakfast, room taxes. Also included are private spa tubs in the villas, kayaks, bicycles, self-guided nature walks and more.
Rooms with full meal plan also include continental breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fisherman Package Rates:
The rates include accommodations, full meal plan, soft drinks, guided fishing, room taxes and round-trip airport-lodge transfer.
Not Included in All Rates:
The rates do not include: Airfare, alcoholic beverages, gratuities for fishing guides and house staff; Bahamian departure and government taxes of 10%; items of a personal nature (i.e. telephone calls, laundry service, internet access, etc.).
