The Lofty Fig Villas
The Lofty Fig Villas offer six spacious air-conditioned rooms with:
- Fully equipped for housekeeping
- One queen sized bed
- Sofa and easy chair
- Fully tiled bathroom
- Large closet
- Dining Area
- Fully equipped kitchen with a pass through window to a large private porch
- Cabel TV in all rooms
- Roll-away beds available on request
- Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday
The Lofty Fig Villas Rates include single or double occupancy.
Rates in Season: Rates Out of Season
Dec. 15th -- Sept. 15th Sept. 16th -- Dec. 14th
$160/night or $1,040/week $120/night or $780/week
$20/night each additional person $15/night each additional person
All rates are subject to a 6% Government Hotel Tax and a 4% Levy.
Maximum of four persons to a room.
Check in 2:00pm / Check out 11:00am
CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED
(MasterCard, VISA, Cash and Travellers cheques are accepted. Personal checks not accepted).
Restrictions: No pets allowed.
Room Deposit And Cancellation Policy:
A two nights room rent deposit is needed paid by cash, local check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover for a guaranteed reservation which is refundable with 14 days cancellation notice. (Please note: On one day reservations, the deposit is only one day. All others are two days).
Cancellation:
Minimum two weeks prior to teh first day of the reservation. There is NO REFUND of the deposit.
Changes:
Shortening a reservation is the same as canceling a part of that reservation and the deposit is then applicable to the days that are being canceled. Re-scheduling a reservation is the same as canceling one reservation and making a new reservation. This may be allowed without a deposit being charged. (This is soley at the discretion of the Hotel).
Deposit Return:
If the reservation is canceled more than two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, then the deposit will not be charged and/or will be returned.
If the reservation is canceled less than two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, the deposit shall be charged in full. If the room can be re-sold, then teh deposit or that portion thereof may not be charged. (This is soley at the discretion of the hotel).
